What should consumers do?

Customers should cease using these products immediately and return them to any Kmart store for a full refund or alternatively Kmart can supply a free plug insert kit to customers for insertion into the inside legs of the chair.
Once the plugs have been inserted, customers can continue using the chairs.
The plugs will be available at our Kmart stores on or after 1 May 2016.
