When alight and burnt to its base, the candle’s glass encasing may overheat and shatter,
Hazards
If the glass casing shatters it may pose an injury hazard from broken glass or a naked flame.
What To Do
Consumers should cease using the candle immediately and return it to any kikki.K store for a full refund.
If customers would prefer to return the candle via post or courier service, we can arrange this free of charge.
Consumers will also be provided with a $20 kikki.K gift voucher in addition to a full refund when the product is returned to us.
