Identifying features

This recall concerns carabiners/quickdraws with manufacturing codes between 4350 and 6018.

What are the defects?

The carabiner gates may not have been correctly pinned & the screwgate closure barrels may be incorrectly installed or the stopper rings may not be correctly positioned.

What are the hazards?

The carabiner gates may fail during use causing potential injury or death to the user.
